We were truly disappointed by our experience which included -- Seating 35 minutes after our reservation
- Being told that `their` Dress Code? prohibited men from wearing hats while waiting at the bar. (It was a Donegal Tweed walking cap - not a baseball cap)
- After dinner we were served a substitute version of Grand Marnier.
- Our bill included a $50.00 charge for a bottle wine which was served to another table. The correction took more than 20 minutes.
- Our compliant to both Corp. HQ and Christopher Bachman, G.M. Chicago, resulted in an form letter e-mail response from corporate and an unacceptable response from C. Bachman.
